How to find what you need

Just type a word — you don't need the exact file name.

• Type "form" to see every form we have
• Type "Rescue Pre-Plan" to jump straight to that document
• Type "Job Book" to pull up everything you need to start a new job book
• Only remember part of a name? That's fine — partial words work too

Having trouble typing into a form?

Most of our forms are interactive — meaning you can type directly into the boxes, check boxes, and even sign them on your phone or computer. But this only works properly with Adobe Acrobat Reader (it's free).

If a form looks broken, blank, or won't let you type:

1. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
2. Open the form using that app instead of your phone's built-in PDF viewer

This fixes it almost every time.
